What began as a career as a Vegetarian Chef transitioned into over 32 years in the Natural Products Industry.

From helping to launch many local brands to providing input for larger brands regarding their ingredients and packaging, what I treasured most was the opportunity to work with dynamic people who just needed an experienced eye for what customers were seeking and was successful at the shelf.
